I called this Company at 3:16 and told him I had No Water and I thought my well pump took a crap He was quite busy at the time and then called me back to say I will be right over.Thank You Scott for foregoing hunting and understanding that being without water Stinks.Well pump replaced and water running at an affordable price as well. Very professional and explained how things work and why things happen.Everyone needs a Hero and today you were ours! We will be seeing you again as I am making a list.Once again Many Thanks ! Scott is the best. The line to my well froze last February resulting in my not having ANY water for 2 months until the ground finally thawed. Because I have baseboard heating, there was an outside chance that I could have had major problems with the boiler during that time. Scott came and checked on me every couple weeks or called. When the weather finally broke, Scott got down and dirty (literally) in a large hole in my yard to fix the line between the house and well. My boyfriend is a contractor and since he discovered Scotty he has become his one and only go-to plumber.

After having a strong sewer gas smell in the basement of our newly purchased home, I took a risk and googled local plumbers. Scott's name came up and I took a chance. I called him, and he was at my house with the problem completely fixed the very next day. He was on time, explained the problem, as well as showed me the problem. Some businesses just tell you the problem and hope you'll take their word for it. Not him. All of this, mixed with his honest prices makes him someone that I highly recommend!
